In the past I have done some in-store short performances at record stores for concert promotion. I thought it would be fun to do an in-store event at Bill’s Music House, also in Catonsville. Thanks to Jamie at Bill’s it’s going to happen from 2-3 pm on the same day as the concert, again Saturday, January 21.
This virtual streaming concert is for my favorite library in Baltimore, and I’m grateful for the opportunity. Thanks to all of the folks at the Enoch Pratt Free Library that are making this possible.
Greetings from Baltimore. I’m heading “down the ocean” as we say here in the Land of Pleasant Living. I’m playing a few shows this weekend with my good friend, Troy Hanna. It’s always fun playing with Troy because I get to play a lot of banjo. I’m also excited because when I get back to B’more, I’ll get to open up a box from Amazon that has some tea in it. That’s something I’ll be needing for my “Mug Shots.”
Greetings and welcome from Baltimore. I’m writing from my Dad’s apartment, not far from where I grew up. I’m having a mug of green tea this morning and staring at a peach and deciding on whether to have that with my cereal or a banana. Maybe I’ll have both. There are locally grown tomatoes on the window sill and the Maryland sweet corn I’ve had while here has been some of the best ever.
Welcome to my blog. I am excited to announce that I’m working on a new solo recording project that will be released in the summer 2017. The working title of the project is Heart and Home.
